Christina is a multimedia producer and entrepreneur with a passion for creative technology. For the past decade she has led teams and created projects for virtual and augmented reality. She is currently a Senior Producer at Meta for the Reality Labs Entertainment team.
Christina was the founding CEO of Metastage from 2018–2023. During that time, Metastage completed over 200 productions with major brands and award-winning projects, including two Emmy nominations. Prior to leading Metastage, Christina was the CEO of VR Playhouse, an immersive content company with projects featured at SXSW, Sundance, and Festival de Cannes.
She is a recipient of the Advanced Imaging Society's Distinguished Leadership in Technology Award (2018), an AWE XR Hall of Fame inductee (2024), one of 2024's top "Women of the Future," and named in the Huffington Post as one of 5 women changing the virtual reality scene.
She has spoken as an XR expert at Comic Con, SXSW, the United Nations, NAB, IBC, Sundance, Meta Connect, NEXT conference (Seoul), IVRPA (Tokyo), GDC, AFI, Hardwired NYC, VRDC, TieCon, Digital Hollywood, Northside Innovation Festival, SVVR, SoHo House, VR Fest, Digital LA, MUTEK, and others.
Her writing and research on XR has been published in the Handbook of Research on the Global Impacts and Roles of Immersive Media (2019), What is Augmented Reality? (2019), and the VES Society Handbook on Virtual Production (2023 and 2024).
More recently, Christina co-wrote and produced an independent film — Unexpected Treasures — which premiered at Comic Con San Diego and is now available on Prime Video, Apple TV, and Tubi.
